Elliot Murphy
Elliot Murphy started working at Preferred Popcorn in 2014 after getting his bachelor’s degree from Hillsdale College. Elliot transitioned from the quality and regulatory department into operations in 2015, taking with him an appreciation of the high standards of quality held at Preferred Popcorn. Elliot has completed the Grain Quality Management course from the Grain Elevator and Processing Society, and has received training in HACCP, OSHA standards, and other grain industry regulations. Even after repeatedly probing hundreds of bins throughout Nebraska, Elliot still loves to pop and taste all varieties of popcorn. When not at work, Elliot will most likely be with his wife and son, or racing mountain bikes along the Missouri river.
